SHIPPING INFO (UK ONLY):

We aim to despatch all orders within 3-5 working days from the day the order is placed.

For parcels weighing up to 2kg we use Royal Mail, orders over 2kg will be sent with a different courier service such as DHL, Hermes etc.

All orders will be tracked until they reach the final destination.

Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if this has been provided incorrectly.

Delivery cost is dependant on the size and weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout. Charges start from £5.95.

We offer free delivery for orders over £100 (UK Mainland only).

RETURNS

We really hope you’re happy with your order, but if for any reason, you are not, please contact us via email at info@foxandbeaushop.com. 

If all or part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 24hrs of receiving your order along with photos of the damage(s). Please send your email to; info@foxandbeau.com along with your order number. If you are happy for us to send a replacement we will do so, or alternatively we will offer you a full refund – only if this has been raised within 24 hours of you receiving your order.

If you would simply like to return your order for a refund, please send us an email within 14 working days of receiving your order. If you change your mind after the 14 days then please let us know as we may be able to offer an exchange if the item is in perfect resellable condition.

Please note as we are a small business, we do not provide free returns, it is your responsibility to return the item to us, unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please ensure you send it back to us using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible if the return gets lost.

All returns must be sent back to us in the same way that you received them, in their original packaging to prevent any damages in transit. The item must be unused and undamaged so that it can be sold again.

OUR RECYCLING POLICY

At Fox&Beau, we try our best to do our bit to help the environment. This means that your goods will arrive safely in recyclable materials, whether it’s shredded cardboard or packing peanuts which are made from starch and are 100% biodegradable - you can dissolve these under water!
